What is Namastay?

Namastay is a hospitality brand with a collection of home-style accommodations in Canada and the USA. Our furnished rentals feature healthy lifestyle essentials and enable travellers to live healthy and and be well while away.

Booking With Namastay

How do I make a booking directly with Namastay?

You can browse our collection of homes by city and filter the search based on your specific needs. Once you are ready to book, request your desired dates and book instantly.

Is my booking confirmed right away?

Yes. Every booking is confirmed instantly. If you have questions that you would like to ask prior to booking, request your desired dates and our team will respond back right away with the answer to your question.

What is the pre-arrival process?

Once you are booked, we ask for a few arrival details and a photo of the credit card and government issued ID.

What is the last minute booking window?

Yes. We allow instant bookings up to 4 hours before check-in. If you book less than 24 hours in advance, you will need to speak to us over the phone to receive a unique code of access and answer some security questions.

When will I be charged for the reservation?

Our booking policy is simple. 50% at time of booking and the remainder due one week prior to arrival.

Throughout Your Namastay

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is 11am. If you are arriving earlier than 4pm, please notify our staff and we may be able to offer you an early check-in. In most cases we can at least allow you to drop off your bags if our housekeeping is only able to finish by 4pm.

Will someone meet me at my Namastay?

Every Namastay has a simple self-check-in process using state of the art intercom and keypad systems. We send you detailed check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival as well as a unique access code only active for the duration of your stay.

What comes in my Namastay?

Every Namastay includes:

  • Fully Equipped Kitchen, healthy cookbooks and smoothie maker
  • Quality sheets, duvet, bath towels and soaps
  • Smart TV with Netflix, Crackle and YouTube
  • 24-bit Hi-speed Wi-Fi
  • Yoga mats and fitness set-up
  • Access to a local gym

Can Namastay manage my rental?

Our operation and infrastructure enables vacation rental owners to be hands off. If we accept your asset into our collection, we take case of design and furnishings, marketing, guest support, pricing, housekeeping and more.

Our major hotel and vacation rental distribution expose each listing to millions of travellers around the world. Our data scientists manage a dynamic pricing algorithm based on neighborhood data, calendar availability and comparable listings in the area. Our team of world renowned interior designers also enable the rental to stand out in the market and perform at the top of it’s class.

How much do Namastay Partner Services cost?

We work with landlords in two different ways:

  • Lease Model: We sign a long-term lease and pay a fixed rent on the first of every month.
  • RevShare Model: We manage the operation and split the revenue.
